Councflmcmberi introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-09 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL RIVERWOOI~ HILLS) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prelbare a feasibility study for the 1994 Sta'eet Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in~cates the following: Esfimat~ total cost of project $14,145 Esrimat~ total assessment per unit (individUal property cost) $ 7,073 Es~ annual assessment per unit three (3)~ year term $ 154 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: [ 1) That thc Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets ~ accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion ~f the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ran~sey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $14,145. 2) That a ~ublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Murdcipai Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cir~ Adm~rtistrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion forithe adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councitmember land upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the followi~ g were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd d~y of February 1994.
