Counci!memb~r~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPR0. VEMENT PROJECT ~P94-10 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES) WHEi~EAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEI~EAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in~:lieates the following: NOW CITY Esnm,~-d total cost of project Esfirna ,t~l total assessment per unit (mdivi4ual property cost) Estimal~. annual assessment per unit year team THE _I!EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OF R~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF $24,860 $12,430 $ 158 CITY COUNCIL OF THE MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~¢ Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets tn accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for ail or a portionlof the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ram. sey City Code Section 4.60 at an esrlmated total cost of $24,860. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March !994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the Cit~ Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
