Co~cUm~mb~ imroduced the following resolution and moved for i~s adoption: RESOLUTIO ON IMPRO SECTION 6 WHER 14, 1993, to pm WHEI~ 1994, which RESOLUTION g94.02- RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING tEMENT PROJECT #94.11 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL tNPLATTED) EAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December rare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and iEAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, icates the following: Esfirnat-blt total cost of project Estima~ total assessment per unit (individUal property cost) Estimat~ annual assessment per mt three (3) year term $28,500 $14,250 $ 250 COUNCIL OF THE NOW THEI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CITY OF R~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets ~ accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portiontol the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ra?s~ ey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $28,500. 2) That a Public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March ~[994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7 :t30 p.m. and the Ci~ Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
