inmxiueed the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~94-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-13 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY WHISPERING PINES PLAT 3) WHE ~REAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to p~pare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in.~licates the following: NOW CITY Esfimat~ total cost of project Estimat/~rd total assessment per unit (individUal property cost) t]tes~,~d~ annual assessment per unit n t~u)jyear term THER~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OF R&MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF $60,840 $30,420 $ 490 CITY COUNCIL OF THE MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~ R~msey City Council will consider the improvements of seatcoating of such streets ig accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion ~f the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ra~sey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $60,840. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March ~994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7 :IX) p.m and the Cit~ Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvegnent as required by law. The motion for ~he adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Md upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: :1 and the following voted against the same: and the followin~g abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said!resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of February 1994.
