Councilmembei' introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~94-02- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-14 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY SORTEBER(~'S ADDITION) WHER~EAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which in,cares the following: NOW CITY Eslimategl total cost of project $23,165 Estimate~l total assessment per unit (mdivid4al property cost) $23,165 Estimate~ annual assessment per unit ten (10) year term $ 1,287 THERISFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF RA~ISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That theiRamsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoaring of such streets in~ accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion ~ the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramiey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $23,t65. That a pa~blic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1~:94, in the Council Chambers of the Ram.~ey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City iAdministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
