This firm, formerl?f~ is)3gted on the New <br />York Stock'-~ohange and owri~ 150 - 200 courses kr~un~:the~ountry~~ Northfork will be. <br />its first Mindesota goff course. <br /> <br />One of the i~sues to be resolved prior to closing is the horse trail system running through <br />the course, fi'he City has previously been granted fee title to the trailways. In various <br />locations, th4new owner wishes to have the right to pave this trailway for joint use by both <br />the public (u!ing the horse trails) and by cart users of Norttffork. <br /> <br />The owner Will not have the right to pave any portion of the traitway without an easement <br />granted bacl~ by the City or some other similar action. Mr. Jeff Knutson, attorney for the <br />current owngr, has requested an expedited airing of this issue to gage the likelihood of <br />resolution cfi the matter as desired by the futt~re owner.
