The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br />e) <br /> <br />Site to~ation map <br />Approved prehmina.D.' plax <br />City Staff review letter dated March 11, 1994 <br />Proposed resolution granting final plat approval <br />Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The developer is proposing to install the streets, sewer and water as a private development project <br />with no financial participation on the part of the Cit-3,'. <br /> <br />Park dedication will consist of a cash payment. <br /> <br />The required Tee Preservation and Landscape Plan has not yet been received by the City, <br />However, it is Staff's understanding that the Developer has been working with Parks and Utilities <br />Coordinator Mark Boos on this issue. <br /> <br />The Preliminary Plat approved by the City Council recommends that Krypton Street N.W. be <br />extended across the County ditch as a through street. The Developer has applied to DNR and the <br />LRRWMO for permits in order to facihtate this crossing. <br /> <br />The plat is impacted by Wetland #1 ] 4-P and all of the lots meet the minimum size and dimensionaa <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends final plat approval contingent upon the developer providing a tree <br />preservation plan as an addendum to the ~ading and drainage, plan and satisfying the LRRWMO <br />permit requirements. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution ~,'494-03-0.':-J~O~anting final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge contingent <br />upon providing a tree preservation plan and complying with LRRWMO permit <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Review Checld_ist: <br /> <br />Ciw Administrator <br />Cib, Engineer <br /> <br />CC: <br /> <br />3/22/94 <br /> <br /> <br />
