Councilmernbcr introduced thc following r~mlurion and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~94-03- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT RIDGE WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in thc City of Ramsey: The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, M. mncsota, except the west 650 feet of the south 330 fe~t thereof; Ouflot C, WOOD POND I-ITt J_S, Anoka Count)', Minnesota AND WHEREAS, On June 7, 1993, thc City received application and sketch plan from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Chesmut Ridge; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a pubhc hearing on October 5, 1993, and tabled action on the pre~ plat; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 4, 1994, and approved the preliminary plat of Chesmut Ridge and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on January 25, 1994 and approved the prelimina--y plat for Chesmut Ridge; and WHEREAS, the park dedication shall be satisfied Wkh a cash payment. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge in accordance vdth relevant City. Codes.
