World <br />7103 Hwy. #10 N.W. <br />Ramsey, Mn 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Request for extension to install site improvements and financial guarantee <br /> <br />Dear Dalles: ' <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to conf'u-m that you have decided not to scale back your <br />site plan from what was approved in November of 1992 for your recreational <br />vehicle sales facility at 7103 Hwy. #10 N.W. <br /> <br />Per your request, City Engineer Steve Jankowski and I reviewed the blacktop <br />improvements installed to date on your property. Mr. Jankowsld has set a cost <br />value to these improvements of $10,834.00. Your required financial guarantee will <br />be reduced by 150% of this amount or $16,250.00. 'Therefore, you are responsible <br />to replace the financial guarantee for site improvements in the amount of <br />$31,618.00. <br /> <br />It is further' agreed that the balance of the required site improvements (blacktop and <br />cement curbing) will be" installed by October 30, '1996. Each time you install <br />additional blacktop and curbing improvements, please cai1 me to arrange for an <br />inspection in order that we may further reduce your financial guarantee accordingly. <br /> <br />As a follow-up report to City Council, a copy of this letter will be included in their <br />April 12 meeting agenda. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call <br />me.
