Councflmcmb~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ~4-04~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROV~EMENT PROJECT ~4-15 (STREET LIGHT IMPROVEMENT FOR <br />GREEN VALLEY ESTATES 2ND ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEI~EAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramscy City Council, adopted April 12, <br />1994, a report ~as been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to the <br />inst_Mlation of aubdivision street lighting in the Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition, Improvement <br />Project ~94-15~ and <br /> <br /> WHEItEAS, thc report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 26, 1994. <br />NOW THEI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF R~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That th~ Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of such subdivision s~eet <br /> lightinl~ in accordance with said report. <br /> <br />2) That a Ipublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of <br /> May, 1.~94 in thc Council Chambers of the Ramscy Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br /> the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmemb~r <br /> i and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: .... <br /> <br />and the folloMn_ g abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon sa~d resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th cl~y of April, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />51 <br /> <br /> <br />
