NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Rarnsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, May 24, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.' <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Improvement Project ~94-15 for the installation of street <br />lights in Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition. The improvement will benefit the following parcels in <br />Green Valley Estates 2nd Addition: <br /> <br />Block 1 <br />Block 2 <br />Block 3 <br />Block 4 <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 <br />Lots 1, 2, 3 <br />Lots 1, 2, 4, 5 <br /> <br />If the project is approved and installed, the above-listed properties would be billed quarterly in the <br />amount of $13.65 for the operation, maintenance and amortization of the cost of the lights. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed improvement <br />project The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance <br />request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any <br />person with such a request should contact City Engineer Steven Jankowski at 427-1410 by 5:00 <br />p.m. on Monday, May 20, 1994.
