IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On , 1994, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Sidney Nyhusmoen ("Permit Holder") for mining operations on the property legally described as follows: Lot 1, BlOck 1, HY-10 RAMSEY 4TH ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. This permit is i~sued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. conditions of thi,[ permit are as follows: 1. o The This pem)~ it shall expire on May 1, 1997. All equipment used for mining operations shall be maintained and operated in such a manner ~b minimize noise, dust, and vibrations adversely affecting surrounding properties. All equipment shall be kept in good repair. Abandoned equipment and rubbish shall be removedlfrom the worksite regularly. ~ All worlqsites shall be properly safeguarded to prevent the general public from depositing garbage Or other refuse on the worksite. Mining 9perations shall be conducted in such a manner to minimize interference with the surface ~ater drainage outside the boundaries of the operation.
