PROPOSED ORDINANCE #' CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Section 9.11.01 (Subd. 8) is amended to read as follows:. Along streets which are main thoroughfares or designated in the County's thoroughfare plan, the minimum setback for all buildings and structures shall be 83 feet from the eenterline of the street or the standard structure setback for the specific zoning district, whichever is the greater, except where a service road exists, in which case there shall be a 35 foot setback. Section 9.20.11 (R-I Rural Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Thoroughfares - 83 feet from centefline or the standard structure setback,whichever is greater. Section 9.20.12 (R-1 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Thoroughfares - 83 feet from centefline or the standard structure setback, whichever is greater. Section 9.20.13 (R-2 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Thoroughfares - 83 feet from centefline or the standard structure setback, whichever is greater. Section 9.20.14 (R-3 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Thoroughfares - 83 feet from centerline or the standard structure setback, whichever is greater. Section 9.20.15 (Multiple Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows Thoroughfares - 83 feet from centerline or the standard Structure setback, whichever is greater.
