Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Economic Development/Marketing Manager Aaron Backman <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Discuss Developer Concerns at 6300 Bunker Lake Blvd NW; Case of Dennis Sharp <br />Senior Planner Gladhill reviewed the staff report. <br />Mr. Dennis Sharp, 10907 93` Avenue North, Osseo, referred to a letter he sent out and indicated <br />he had met with Planning and Engineering. He noted he found a buyer for the property if he <br />chose not to develop it. He explained if he cannot put up a mini storage business, he does not <br />have use for the property.
