Staff recommends awarding the contract for IP 11-09 Bituminous Overlay of Alpine Drive to North Valley, Inc. in <br />the amount of $ 363, 222.71. The work will consist of full depth reclamation of the bituminous surface, installation <br />of storm sewer, repairing curbs and placing new bituminous base and wear courses. <br />Funding Source: <br />The project is proposed to be funded with the City's MSA (state gas tax) fund. When this project was first <br />conceptualized and budgeted it included a $410,000 expenditure.
