Following are responses to <br />your commen~s with the numbering corresponding to the comment <br />numbers in y~ur letter. As pointed out in Ed Moersfelder's letter <br />to Bill Goddrich, a copy of which i~. attached, the proposed <br />legislation to vest title for real estate included in a solid waste <br />permit for ~losed landfills in the State of Minnesota raises <br />questions a~out the implementation of real estate transfers from <br />.WMMI to thel City of Ramsey. I shall, however respond to your <br />concerns assuming that such transfers may occur. <br /> <br />WMMI will consider Construction of a sledding hill of up <br />to 10,G00 cy on the 50 acre parcel in lieu of moving <br />10,000 Cy of soil for construction of Sunfish Lake Drive. <br />Please hote that soil for construction of the sledding <br />hill will come off the 50 acre parcel as part of the <br />borrow ~operati.on. W~I will not have any. equipment <br />remaining on site capable of moving soil for the road <br />projectlafter 9/1/94. <br /> <br />A copy ~f WMMI's annual report submitted to the MPCA has <br />been forwarded to the City.
