GRANTING <br />4TH ADDITION <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION //'94-06- <br /> <br /> FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WOOD POND HILLS <br /> <br /> WIIERE~AS, David Segal, President of WPH Properties, Inc., hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", ha} properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property <br />located in the Cit~, of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlots I,iWood Pond Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> AND WHEREAS, on March 6, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Wood Pond H/Ils; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 5, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />conducted a pul~lic hearing regarding Wood Pond Hills and recommended preliminary plat <br />approval of sameI and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 14, 1991 <br />and recommende~d acceptance of land for the trail corridor and cash to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements for ~e plat; and <br /> WHERE~S, the Ramsey City Council met on December I7, 1991 and approved the <br />prelimina.D, plat fpr Wood Pond Hills; and <br /> WHERE~S, the Ramsey City Council met on March 24, 1992, and approved the final <br />plat of Wood Pori. d Hills; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on September 8, 1992 and approved the final <br />plat of Wood PonB Hills 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHERE~S, the Ramsey City Council met on August 24, 199.3, and approved the final <br />plat of Wood PonB Hills 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY,[ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA., as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the ~itv Council herebv ~ants final plat approval of Wood Pond Hills 4th Addition in <br /> accoraanc~ With relevant C~Codes. <br /> r <br />The motion for thc adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by CounciImember <br /> a~d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follow~ngyoted against the same: <br />and the following iabstained: <br />and the following ?ere absent: <br /> [ <br />whereupon said rgsolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 28th da>, of Jgne, 199z). <br /> <br /> <br />
