Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER BLUFFS 2ND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Juniper Ridge Partnership, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described proper~y located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots B, C, D and E, River Bluffs, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 2, 1989, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Juniper Ridge Partnership for River Bluffs P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 4, 1989 and approved <br />the sketch plan of River Bluffs P.U.D. and directed the subdivider to proceed to the preliminary <br />plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December l l, 1989, and <br />conducted a public hearing on River Bluffs P.U.D. and recommended preliminary plat approval; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1989 <br />and recommended that a combination of land and cash be used to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsev City Council met on December 19, 1989 and approved the <br />prelim/naD, plat for River Bluffs 16.U.D.: and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hear/rig on August <br />6, 1991 rega.rding a proposed revision to the approved preliminary plat and recommended City <br />Council approval of the revised prelimina.D, plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on August 13, 1991 and ~anted approval to <br />the revised preliminary plat for River Bluffs P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on August 21, 1992, and granted final plat <br />approval to Privet Bluffs: and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24, t994, the Developer applied for final plat approval of River <br />Bluffs 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed final plat for River Bluffs 2nd Addition conforms <br />substantially to the approved preliminary plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants finaI plat approval to River Bluffs 2nd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant CiD, Codes. <br /> <br /> <br />
