6. ]~emoval of Debris, There is a substanti',d amount of debris, garbage and fallen trees on <br /> thc subj4~t property and within abandoned foundations from previous buildings. This <br /> debris, d~ad trees and old building foundations must be thoroughly removed from the <br /> property iand disposed of properly. It is the City's intent that the amount of the Stage I <br /> financial guarantee in the development agreement will be sufficient to also cover the cost of <br /> removal df all debris and foundations. <br /> <br />7, Tree PreserYalion Plan. The Developer is required to prepare an addendum to the <br /> Grading ~lan that identifies the trees to preserved and provides for the planting of one ~'ee <br /> 2-inch di{meter in the front yard of each lot. This landscaping plan should be coordinated <br /> with Marl~ Boos, Parks and Utilities Supervisor. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting on Tuesday, July I2, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. to consider <br />your request for final plat approval.
