Most of this information is based on data as of December 31, 1992 and prior years. Please note that c~rtain data includes all cities over 2,500 in population in which the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul tendlto dominate certain financial relationships. The components 0f revenue in the governmental funds by class is useful to compare the reliance on certain revenue sCurces. The large increase in revenue in 1993 is due primarily to new special assessment levies ~s a result of the City's growth.
