Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-0'7- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPR()VAL ()F GUY <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nell H. Gu), Trust, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 21 and Lot 22, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, excepting therefrom the <br />northeasterly 206.43 feet of the southeasterly 211.02 feet, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on June 7, 1994, the City received application and sketch <br />plan for Guy Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage in <br />accordance with items addressed in City Staff Review Letter dated June 29, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, park dedication shall be satisfied by a cash payment. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final pla; approval to Gu,,, Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />the Developer providing a 60' wide drainage and utiliLv easement along the <br />north boundary of Lots I and 2. . <br /> <br />b) The Developer entering into a development agreement with the CiLv. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the foliowing voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26th day of Jul>,, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Adrrfinisrrator <br /> <br /> <br />
