Observalions: <br /> <br />The total number of lots for this final phase of Chestnut Hill will remain as originally approved in <br />1990, 17. All lots meet the minimum area and dimensional requirements for the Urban DisnSct. <br /> <br />One concern with the area is that the alignment of ]45th Lane, Sunwood Drive and the extension of <br />Tungsten to Sunwood Drive creates a 3 acre trapezoidal parcel north of this final phase of Chestnut <br />Hill.
