We are uncertain of the ultimate use of thc portion of Outlot B casl of the wetland. Perhaps this area should be distributed among thc lots in Block 1. Grading and Drnin~?: h will be necessary to ill] a small portion of the wetland to accommodate this phase. Because the area of filling is less than r400 squarc feet, an exemption from providing a rcplaccmem plan could be mnficipated. However, the Developer must apply to the Lower Rum River ;Water Management Organization for an exemption from the wetland conservation act. A plan for the grading and drainage must be submitted. It might be anticipated that drainage will be directed to the wetland in Ougot B. Sedimentation should be provided prior to discharge into this wetland. A hydrological ana.}ysis should be prepared on the runoff impact of the project on the wetland. If the bounce of the water level from a runoff even; is :significant, an outlet from the wetland to Sunfish Lake may be required. The Planning Commission will be meeting on Tuesday, Ju}y 5, 1994 at '7:30 p.m. to continue the public hearing to revise the approved preliminary plat for Chestnut I-{ill to allow for the redesign of 145th Lane N.W. in order to avoid consa-ucdng a road through the wetland.
