However, as a result of platting Rivenwick, Feldspar will be realigned from a southeast/northwest direction to a north/south direction. Drainage: Since this facility proposes dischar~ng water direct]y to the storm sewer which empties into the kiississippi River, it must receive a permit from the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization. tn addition, the storm sewer located in Ebony Street N.W. has limited capacity. An analysis should be prepared defining the ability of this storm sewer to handle the increased runoff, un]~ss ii can be demonstrated that the runoff can bc reduced to pre-expansion levels.
