RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING TItE INDUCTION OF NILS SUNDQUIST AS THE 1994 ADDITION TOrTHE RAMSEY BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT HALL OF FAME WHERE/kS, our business community forms the economic structure of our City as well as the quality of life and community spirit; and WHEREAS, our businesses and industries offer goods and services which provide coml0rt and convenience, and sastain the health, safety and welfare of the City residents; and WHEREAS, Nils Sundquist has been a driving force behind thc development of thc City of Ramsey's economic growth and well-being; and WHEREAS, Mr. Sundquist has been involved with numerous programs developed and offered by the City of Ramsey. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as foBows: 1) That the City Council of thc City of Ramsey hereby recognizes Nils Sunflquist as the 1994 inductee into the City of Ramsey's Business and Economic Development Hall of Fame for his involvement in the community and his contributions to the economic growth and well-being of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the ~tdopfion of thc foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmembcr and upon vote beingtakcn thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared dui3, passed and adopted by the Ramscy City Council this thc 9th day of August, 1994.
