Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #94-08- RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-18 (EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL WATER AND SANITARY SEWER TO LOT 1, BLOCK 1, RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK AND IMPROVEMENT TO URANIUM STREET N .W.) WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has been approached by Mr. Dennis Sharp for the development of an incubator type facility; and WHEREAS, the proposed location of this facility is in a tax increment district; and WHEREAS, it will be necessary to have municipal sewer, water and street improvements to service this facility. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the project is hereby referred to Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study for the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether i~ should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #94-18. The motion for rile adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against tile same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of August, 1994.
