On July 21, 199~, we submitted to you the responses to 1he comments on the EAW. <br />Based on those Comments, we concluded that the proposed project will not have the <br />potential for significant environmental effects. Please review the comments and have <br />the City take fiqal action on the EAW. Distribution of the decision and comments <br />must be made te all approving agencies and interested parties, <br /> <br />We have also completed and submitted copies of the wetland delineation to you. The <br />Wetland Delineation Report should be submitted to the LRRWMO for their review. <br /> <br />If you have any .further questions regarding the status of the Sunwood Drive project, <br />please let me know. <br /> <br /> <br />
