This permit a]ong with the U.S. Army Corp. of <br />Engineers permit was applied for on April 28, 1994. On June 3, t994, preliminary <br />plans were submit-led to DNF~ at their request to assist them in their permit review. <br /> <br />We will be submitting to them additional information to try to justify the need for <br />filling the wetland later this week. If the DNR agrees with the justification, the permit <br />could be issued in two to three weeks. If the DNR does not agree to the filling of the <br />wetland, bridging may be required. <br /> <br />Upon notification of a DNR permit, we will complete the final plans for the east <br />portion of Sunwood Drive and submit them to Mn/DOT for review. If the permit is <br />issued by September 1, 1994, we would anticipate bidding the project early in <br />October. This would allow for rough grading, utility construction and the wetland <br />crossing to be completed this fall and winter and final street construction and <br />restoration to be completed by mid-June of 1 995. <br /> <br />On the west side of Sunfish Lake Boulevard, we have cqmpleted final grades and <br />staked the street. Waste Management is scheduled to start the rough grading on that <br />portion of the street this month. <br /> <br /> <br />
