Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TItE CITY OF RAMSEY SAFETY MANUAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey believes that every employee <br />is entitled to work under safest conditions possible; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to m~e every reasonable effort to promote <br />accident prevention, fire prevention, and health conservation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council intends to maintain a public liability and employees' <br />safety and loss control program that will conform with the best practices of municipalities <br />of our type. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves the Safety Manual. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the ~ day of ,1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
