CASE # 4 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY SAFETY MANUAL <br />By: Kay McAioney, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of P~amsey believes that every employee is entitled to work under the safesI <br />conditions possible. It is to this end that ever), reasonable effort will be made to promom <br />accident prevention, fire prevention, and health preservation. <br /> <br />To carry out t~his program, the City of Ramsey has formed a safety committee. The <br />purpose of the committee, which is composed of members of staff from various City <br />deparn'nents, ia to advise me regarding matters relevant to the safety of City employees and <br />to promote and[ maintain s',ffety in all work areas within the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />An operational:handbook and safety manual have been prepared to assist in carrying out the <br />City's safety prbgram.
