<br />9.7 acres in siz,: and is zone R-] Rural Residential. She norad that Mr. Hicks subnmtted a site plan
<br />prepar~ by Hakanson Anci:rson Associates which indicates ma.'. th:re is a 4,320 sous.re foot pole
<br />buiidin~ and a >,:50 souare foot ~:nc:o in area for the storage and =arkino o.~ vehicles and
<br />=quipmen:.. She added that a ~ortion of the outdoor truck parking are.,: is paved.. Ms. Froii.k

<br />stored.. He inquired whether the City has gi',,e.n any consideration ~o the w:tiand and an,',,
<br />envirom_m:ntai problems which ma>, occur.

<br />Ms. Frolik st:md that there has been no testing of the weft:nd for contamination. She noted that
<br />the pole building has a cement floor and that ::here is pi~vemtm in the outer storage area also. She
<br />advised that th:re would be no major repairs done to' .the vehicles on th: sir:, only minor
<br />ramntenanca.
