Michael ~Froeli~h, attorney at l~w representing Gordon/-Licks, reviewed the letters received into public record, ikIe addressed concerns regarding the size of operation and the impact on the environmen! by,describing the site and stating that all storage areas wi/1 be pave. d, and the outside storage ama will- ~ surrounded b)' ~ 8-foot fence. He advised that Mr. Hicks is not operat/ng his business on the Site but on)5' storing tt~e vehic}es, and possibly making minor repairs; there will be no storage of a~phah or other materials on the site. He stated there are no hazardous wastes involved, and if!there were to be an), lype of srfiliage it would not contaminate the groundwater. He noted the ho~rs of operation ~Lre ?:00 a.m. to 9:0'0 p.m. Commissioner Deemer inquired if ~,/~r. Hicks would only be using one vehicle at a time. Mr. ~roelich staled it depended on the size of the job.
