Councilmember ' introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~1'94- 09- RESOLUTIOI~ APPROVING THE PROPOSED MAXIMUM 1994, PAYABLE 1995, TAX LIgVY AND SCHEDULE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING DATES NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,: COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the ~following proposed maximum levies for certified 1994, payable 1995, be levied upon the~taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENER~AL LEVY Fu nd 101: General Fu nd - General Operations Fisca~ Disparity Transfer - as certified HACA - as certified Collected as Property Tax 285,342 521,445 ~,~90,~2 $ 1,996,899 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations (collected as property tax): Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ Fund 321: 1992B G.O. Debt Service 20,506 4,42,5 _ 24,931 TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES $ 2,021,830 2) That th~ City of Ramsey's 1995 Public Budget Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Noveml:ier 30, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. and a reconvene'date (if necessary) is scheduled for Wednes~lay, December 7, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. 3) That the:City Adminisn'ator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Agoka County Auditor's Office on or before Thursday, September 15, 1994 for the purpose Of complying with Truth in Taxation.
