City o£ Blaine: <br />Only allows the use of park buildings. <br /> <br />No rental fee for the following groups and activities: <br /> <br />School sponsored activities, events or programs. <br />Non-profit, City based organizations serving youth within Blaine. <br />Non-profit, City based civic organizations serving residents of the City. <br />Non-profit organizations from outside the City, which involve/serve residents of the City, <br /> <br />The above groups ma>, use the facilities, for a refundable damage deposit, under the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Provision of documentation showing that the group or organization is non-profit and <br />located within the City or serves City residents. <br />Provision of documentation that the purpose for using the building is for a non-profit <br />function. <br />No City services beyond normal operation levels are required. <br /> <br />~.ity of Coon Rapids <br />Does not rent rooms at City Hall, only park facilities are rented. <br /> <br />No rental fee, only damage and cleaning deposits, for civic and non-profit organizations. Proof of <br />State certification as to non-profit status is required. <br /> <br />Private groups and organizations and private profit making organizations and those non-profit <br />organizations whose activities, nevertheless, generate monies for the financial enrichment of the <br />members, are subject to all applicable rental, damage and cleaning deposits. <br /> <br />The rates charged for the park building are as follows: <br /> <br />Damage deposit <br />Key deposit <br />Kitchen use <br />Large room rental <br /> <br />Small room rental <br /> <br />$50.00/$100.00 if food served <br />$25.00 <br />$10.00 <br />$25.00 minimum (2 hours) <br />$12,50 per hour over 2 hours <br />$20.00 minimum (2 hours) <br />$t0.00 per hour over 2 hours <br /> <br />Note: There are other facilities in the parks, such as shelters, which are also rented, for which <br />have not included rental charge information. <br /> <br />Anoka-Hennepin ISD gl 1 <br />The school district allows the rental of its meeting.rooms and facilities located at its Staff <br />Development Center. There are varying rates for different size meeting rooms and number of hours <br />used. <br /> <br />District #11 functions do not pay fees of an>, type, all other organizations, regardless of profit or <br />non-profit status, pa}, for room rentals. <br /> <br />At the ~'ime this case was prepared, we had not received any information regarding rentals at the <br />community school buildings.
