PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS For this project. RLK will assign the following staff so to successfully complete the design work and construction inspection. Overall project supervision will be provided by Dick Koppy. Mr. Koppy has over 26 years experience in the municipal engineering field. He will be responsible for the overall performance of the project team. Project management will be provided by Don Shaffer. Mr. Shaffer Ires over 25 years of experience in the management of design and construction for major projects. He will coordinate all work performed by the project team and x~411 also work closely with Mr. Koppy. Mr. Shaffer is currently project manager for the Excelsior Boulevard reconstruction project and for the final design of 153rd Ave. N.W. in Ramsey. Project Engineer will be Lar .fy Brown. Mr. Brown has over 9 years of experience in the municipal engineering field. He was responsible for the design and construction of sanitary and watermain trunk lines as the assisstant cit3., engineer for the City of Chanhassen. Design engineering will be provided by Fran Hagen and Truc Ho. Mr. Hagen has over 13 years of experience in site layouts and also municipal street projects. He will provide his expertise in the sizing and layout of the sanitary sewer m the AEC development site. Mr. Ho is experienced in hydraulics and ground water issues. He will work with STS so to provide methods of handling possible groundwater problems. Construction inspection will be provided by Chuck Poppler. Mr. Poppler has over 28 years of experience, the majori~ of which has been in the construction area. Mr. Poppler is currently in charge of construction inspection for the Excelsior Boulevard reconstruction in St. Louis Park and for two street reconstruction projects in Hopkins. STS will provide the reuired soil borings and also the material teasiing during construction. They will work with our staff in handling possible groundwater issues. STS is currently working with RLK on the soils investigation for 153rd Avenue N.W. project. Egan Field Nowak will provide the required surveying services for this project. They will work closely with RLK to identi~' and prepare legal descriptions for easements required outside the dedicated rights-of- way. They also will provide the necessary construction staking for the sanitary sewer lines and the watermain. Adequate availability with backup of key staff is necessary not only to meet schedules but to provide a high quali5, design and bid package. RLK is a firm with over 30 full-time employees x~4th over third being professionals. The current workload is such that we will have the personnel identified in this proposal available to work on the extension of sewer and water trunks to sen, ice AEC expansion site. We have the experienced staff to perform all necessary, construction engineering services required for this project.
