Parcel Size: The subject property is 80 acres in size. <br /> <br />3. Lot Coverage. Setbacks and Drainage: In lieu of the fact that a 600 square foot storage <br /> building will be placed to the interior of an 80 acre parcel, the 35% lot coverage <br /> requirement, structure setbacks and drainage impacts are not issues of concern. <br /> <br />4. B~il~ting Design and Materials; City Code requires the exterior facing of walls on <br /> commercial buildings be of materials that are 100% other than metal. The structure to be <br /> moved onto the property is finished w4th standard lap' giding and asphalt shingles. <br /> <br />5. Off Street Par~dng S_r~aces: The addition of the storage building to the shooting center will <br /> not create a need for adciirional off-street parking spaces. <br /> <br />6. .Access to Facilirv: The storage building will be accessed from roads interior to the site. <br /> <br />7. Landscaping and Screening: No additional landscaping or screening is require& <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center to consider your request for site plan approval.
