CITY OF RA~MSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FEDERAL CARTRIDGE PIN 16-32-25-13-0001 On October 11,i 1994, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Federal Cartridge CorpOration ("Permittee") to relocate a 620 square foot storage building ("Structure") to the Federal Shr~oting Sports Center on the properxy generally known as 16121 Variolite Street N.W. and legall'~ described as follows: The Sou'.[thwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka C]ounty, Minnesota The ("Site"). = This approval is~ issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are~ as follows: 1. STATE,BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Sm~cture shall be established on the Site ih accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. 2. SITE PI~AN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the Site Plari submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one (1) sheet dated received ~y the City on September 28, 1994. 3. FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on {he Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. 4. REQUIII~ED PERMITS. The Permittee shall bc..-i~equired to obtain a building permit prior to t~e relocation of the structure onto the Site. 5. REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. No building permit for the site will be issued until: 1) the Permittee has signe~ and returned this Development Perm/t; 2) the Permirtee has reimbursed the City for all expenses incurred in approval of the site plan. ?
