Councilmemb~r <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION ~)4-10o <br /> <br /> A RESOL~TIO.N, APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT TO EXPAND AN OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL FACILITY IN THE <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHER~EAS, KRS Invesments, Inc., has properly applied for a conditional use permit to <br />expand the outdoor recreational facility at 14622 Ferret Street N.W. in the Industrial District to <br />include a golf d~ving range on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot l, ~lock 1, HY-10 RAMSEY, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> That paix of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, <br /> Range 15, lying northeasterly of T H #10 and #169, except road, subject to easement of <br /> record (~he "Subject Proeprty ); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 4, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and rec~}mmended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW '~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAjMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based off Findings of Fact #. ., a conditional use permit to expand an outdoor recreational <br /> facility ig the Industrial Disu-ict to include a golf driving range is hereby granted to KRS <br /> Investments, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 14622 Ferret Street N.W. <br /> <br />2. The Per'tlnit Holder shall be responsible for providing a sufficient number of paved and <br /> curbed 0/nployee/customer off-street parking spaces to accommodate ail aspects of the <br /> recreatio_hal facility. <br /> <br />3. The Perry: it Holder shall be responsible to remedy any complaints from adjoining property <br /> owners r{garding stray golf balls within ninety (90) days of notification of said complaint. <br /> <br />4. The Cityi Administrator,. or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br /> complian~ce and safety purposes annually or at an3, time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />5.
