10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />That thc Applicant has submitted a site plan for the facility prepared by I/qB Engineers and <br />Architects dated 9/10/94 which shows the area proposed for the golf ctriving range. <br /> <br />That access to the recreational facility will continue to be from Ferret St. N.W, <br /> <br />That the proposed use will increase traffic to and from the subject property. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to existing or <br />future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market <br />value of an5, surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or imended character of the general vicinity and <br />the proposed use will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />USES. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served aSequatety by essential public facilities and services <br />such as streets, police and fire protection. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and serv/ces. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment <br />and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to an5' neighboring properties or <br />persons by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, or odors. <br /> <br />That it is not perceived by the Planning Commission how golf balls can be stopped from <br />straying from the subject property onto neighboring properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ~ <br />day of ,1994. <br /> <br />Mayor ' <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cit5, Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
