As part of an-economic development effort between Detail Tool, Ramsey Athletic Club and the <br />City, sewer and water services will be provided to the site. To accommodate this, an additional 10 <br />feet of drainage and utility easement will be required along the south boundary of the property. <br /> <br />City Staff has recommended that a pedestrian pathway also be constructed within the 20 foot <br />drainage and utility easement along the south property boundary and that the pathway should be <br />extended east to the corner of County Roads #57 and #1 ~ 6.
