These projects are conducted with the City General Tax levy subsidizing <br />some project costs with the primary funder being the benefitted property owner. Additionally, the <br />City has identified a need to cause all of the unpaved road surfaces to be paved in the near term. <br />Contemplated wals an intensive three year program to ensure that the bulk of these road surfaces are <br />paved. It was 4xpected that the General Fund experience costs to fund unique expenses or <br />portions demons,lrating hardship.
