P-3 - Autumn iHe~ghts <br /> <br />In 1995, severalisafety improvements are programmed for Central Park. In 1997, $80,000 is <br />allocated out of the Landfill Trust Fund to complete the portion of the Itasca/Ermine trail loop <br />between Autumn{Heights Park and Central Park and providing pedestrian access from Central Park <br />to Variolite Stre6t N.W. and the St. Anthony Gun Club. It is further projected that in the years <br />1996 and 1998, ~ second phase of Central Park will be developed, or ballfield lighting will be <br />expanded, increa}.sing ballfield development and similar services at Central Park. Projected is <br />$80,000 in each ~ear from the Landfill Trust Fund. <br /> <br />Project ~ Autumn Heights <br /> <br />Central P~k safety improvement <br />Autumn Heights n'ail loop <br /> <br />Central P~k development <br /> <br />Cemral P~k development <br /> ; <br /> <br />Year Funding <br />1995 $ 13,800 - Park Trust <br />1997 $ 80,000 - LFT <br />1996 $ 98,000 - LFT <br />1998 $ 80,000 - LFT <br /> <br />$ 271,800 <br /> <br />P-4 - Sunfish Lake <br /> <br />The Sunfish Lak~ district is the area of most active urbanization within the community of Ramsey. <br />Most of the park ~levelopment that has been occurring and will occur in the near future will happen <br />because of park ~ledication revenues in to the Park Trust Fund. 1995 will see a continuation of <br />previously programmed Emerald Pond Park development just north of County Road #116 east of <br />Tungsten Street ~.W. The completed park will realize a ballfield/soccer field, trail system, picnic <br />and playground a~eas, a shelter and parking lot. While originally projected as a 1993 development, <br />improvements wi[ll be completed as park dedication revenue becomes available, tt is proposed to <br />develop the Woo~ Pond Hills trail system in 1995 through use of Intergovernmental Revenues and <br />Landfill Trust Fuhd dollars for the local match. This trail system will include components along <br />County Road #11~5, Trunk Highway #47, and skirting the wetlands north of Ramsey Terrace south <br />of the Wood Pon_~l Hills and east of the Wood Pond projects housing subdivision, connecting the <br />Ramsey Element&y School, the Emerald Pond Park, Flintwood Hills Park and River's Bend Park. <br />In 1996, it is prol[osed that Flintwood Hills Park, at the intersection of Dysprosium Street'N.W. <br />and 142nd AvenCe N.W., receive a $32,000 playground and shelter improvement utilizing Tax <br />Increment dollars[as this subdivision was a Tax Increment Project. The last projected improvement <br />in this district is ~. 1996, $51,000 Park Trust Fund improvement entitled The Sunfish Lake Trail, <br />which is intended to connect to the Wood Pond Hills trail system and the Ramsey Elementary <br /> <br />School concurren' <br />153rd Avenue N.' <br /> <br />: with the development of available land north of Sunwood Drive N.W., south of <br />~'. and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />
