P-7 - Demares~ Brook <br /> <br />Located in the Dt~marest Brook district is the Fox Ridge Estates subdivision that was developed in <br />1991 and 1992 ~ith a small neighborhood park designated just off Trunk Highway #47. This is <br />an area of the cqrnmunity currently void of any park development, therefore, it is projected that <br />funds be allocat&t for 1995 in order to develop the Fox Park and portions of the trail system <br />leading to this p~k area.
