IN <br />PONDVALE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION) <br /> By: Steven Jankowskl, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />A feasibility siudy had been prepared and p,r. esented to the Council on September 27, 1994, <br />which ordered~ a public hearing for tonight s meeting. This project was of a more limited <br />scope than a!similar project which was proposed and defeated in April 1994. An <br />informationallmeeting was held on October 19, 1994, at the request of several project <br />participants arid adjacent neighbors.
