The two <br />cities intend to contract wit. ha ~ ~ to prepare model e~greements, which could then be used by other <br />Minn,~.a cities, that wz%l address the items noted above. Other lepd areas of the model agreement will <br />be included as neces~.~'y for these projects. <br /> <br />Ail ofthe cities within the metropolitan urban service area ~nd the ~Wm-meapoli~.St, Pau~ ur]an area have <br />adjoining util/ty systems. There are several greater Minnesota ~des that lmve ~,-~n~ ~'ituatinns with <br />ac]joining utility systems. Therefore, beth cities can rrm{~e u~e of the enginee~iz~ forma~ and legal <br />documents as models for constructing inY:rastructure improvements with other citiee.
