1.34 "Person" shall mean and refer to a natural individual, corporation, limited <br />liability company, partnership, trust/trustee, other or legal entity capable of holding <br />title to real property, <br />1.35 "Property" shall mean and refer to the real property subject to this Master <br />Declaration, or other property which is subjected to this Master Declaration from time <br />to time pursuant to Section 2.2 or 2,3 of this Master Declaration, including the <br />Dwellings, Nonresidential Buildings, and all other structures and improvements <br />located thereon now or in the future. The Property as of the date of this Master <br />Declaration is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />1.36 "Residential Unit" shall mean and refer to a Unit designed and intended to be <br />occupied by one or more Dwellings, whether or not any Dwelling is actually <br />constructed on the Unit. <br />1.37 "Residential. Rental Unit" shall mean a platted lot, including outlots, intended <br />to be occupied by multifamily housing structures which are not common interest <br />communities. <br />1.38 "Unit" shall mean a platted part of the Property, including Outlots, designed <br />and intended to be occupied by Dwellings which are located in a Neighborhood, or <br />designed and intended to be occupied by a Nonresidential Building, including all <br />improvements thereon. <br />Any terms used in the Governing Documents, and defined in MCIOA and not in this <br />Section, shall have the meaning set forth in MCIOA. <br />SECTION 2 <br />,.PROPERTY <br />2.1 Property. The Property subject to this Master Declaration is described in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. Exhibit A may be amended from time to time to include some or <br />all of the other property, as authorized by Section 2.2. <br />2.2 Annexation of Other Property. All or any portion of the Additional Property <br />may be added to the Property and subjected to this MasterDeclaration with the prior written <br />approval of (i) the Master Board, and (ii) Master Declarant so long as Master Declarant owns <br />an unsold Unit for sale or has the 'unexpired right to subject any portion of the Additional <br />Property to this Master Declaration.
