1.23 "Neighborhood Board" or "Neighborhood'Board. of Directors" shall mean and <br />refer to the Board of Directors of a Neighborhood Association. <br />1.24 "Neighborhood Common Expenses" shall mean and refer to all expenditures <br />lawfully made or incurred by the Neighborhood Association for the benefit of a <br />particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods, and incident to the operation of such <br />Neighborhood or Neighborhoods, including without limitation any allocation to <br />reserves. <br />1.25 "Neighborhood Director" shall mean and refer to a member of a Neighborhood <br />Board. <br />1.26 "Neighborhood Governing Documents" shall mean and refer to the Articles of <br />Incorporation, Bylaws and Declaration governing a particular Neighborhood or <br />Neighborhoods, and Neighborhood Rules. <br />1.27 "N hborhood Plat" shall mean and refer to the recorded plat or part thereof <br />depicting a Neighborhood pursuant to the requirements of MCIOA, or Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 505, 508 or 508A, as applicable, including any amended plat, <br />supplemental plat or replat recorded from time to time. <br />1.28 "Neighborhood Property" shall mean and refer to all real property subject to the <br />Neighborhood Governing Documents of a certain Neighborhood or Neighborhoods. <br />1.29 "Neighborhood Rules, shall mean and refer to Neighborhood Rules approved <br />from time to time by a Neighborhood Board, which apply only to a particular <br />Neighborhood or Neighborhoods. <br />1.30 "Nonresidential Building" shall mean and refer to a building designed and <br />intended for non-residential occupancy. <br />1.31 "Nonresidential Unit" shall mean and refer to a platted lot, including outlots, <br />designed and intended to be occupied by a Nonresidential Building, whether or not any <br />Nonresidential Building is actually constructed on the Unit. <br />1.32 "Occupant" shall mean and refer to any person or persons, other than an. <br />Owner, in possession of or residing in a Unit. <br />1,33 "Owner" shall mean and refer to the Person who owns a Unit, but excluding <br />contract for deed vendors, mortgagees and other secured parties within the meaning of <br />Section 515B.1-103(29) of MCIOA.
