In. order to preserve and protect the adjacent <br />wetlands, and to comply with local, state and federal laws and regulations, it is necessary to <br />impose certain restrictions on the Property, as follows: <br />9,11.1 All parts of the Property covered by grass or other living ground cover <br />shall be maintained by a professionalmaintenance company.
