Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -10 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#11-03 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL OF OAKRIDGE ESTATES, SECTION 17 <br />(UNPLATTED), ALPACA ESTATES 2ND, AND ALPACA ESTATES 3RD) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br />Council met on October 11, 2011 and conducted a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing any <br />objections to the proposed special assessments for Improvement Project #11-03, which includes <br />the crack sealing and sealcoating of - <br />11 -03 <br />Oakridge Estates <br />163rd Ave. <br />Llama St. / Ferret St. <br />E P.C. EOP <br />WHEREAS, because no objections were raised to the proposed assessments, the final <br />assessment roll was adopted without revision; and <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the Public Hearing it was brought to the City's attention that <br />the sealcoat improvements for the properties abutting on Kangaroo Circle NW were <br />inadvertently omitted; and <br />WHEREAS, due to temperature constraints it is too late in the season to perform the <br />sealcoat improvements in the 2011 construction season. <br />Resolution #11 -10 -XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
