Councilmember Tossey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -06 -124 <br />APPROVING 2011 -2012 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH LELS- SERGEANTS <br />WHEREAS, the City and LELS - Sergeants have been negotiating the terms of a two -year <br />labor agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and LELS- Sergeants have reached tentative agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Motion to approve resolution 11- 06 -XXX to approve the following terms of a two -year <br />agreement between the City of Ramsey and LELS- Sergeants: <br />Duration: 2 -years / 2011 -2012 <br />Wages: 2011 -0 %, 2012 -2% (January 1, 2012) <br />Insurance: 2011: Memorandum of Understanding - See below <br />2012: Reopener <br />Effective January 1, 2011, the chart below shows the City of Ramsey's employee health <br />insurance premiums. The employer will make the following contributions toward group single <br />or family health insurance coverage for employees enrolled in the City's plan.
